A food production laboratory of over 700m².

After long months of construction, Trait’Tendance moved into new premises in September 2018, bringing together our sales offices, a showroom and a laboratory of over 700m², 400m² of which is dedicated to production and 300m² to storage, in the heart of Issy les Moulineaux.

Strict compliance with hygiene standards

For the design of our food production laboratory, we drew on the skills and experience of a firm of experts. Today, our laboratory meets all current hygiene standards, enabling us to produce events of impeccable quality and traceability on a daily basis.

A professional team

Our logistics and production staff, recruited from the best institutions dedicated to the culinary professions (Techoma, Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française-Ferrandi), are fully trained in food hygiene and safety processes. Raw material reception, preparation, manufacturing, packaging and delivery to site all comply with strict specifications, which are monitored by our production team.

CSR approach

Ergonomic, automatic ice makers, non-slip floors, latest-generation hobs, ovens and sauté pans – everything has been designed to ensure safe working conditions and minimize fatigue.
