For its annual general meeting, the FEBEA, Fédération des Entreprises de la Beauté, brought together 250 members in the prestigious setting of the Cité de Chaillot. After a gourmet breakfast in the Salon d’About, followed by a plenary lecture in the auditorium, guests enjoyed a cocktail served on the Cité’s terrace.
Beef tataki with vegetable crackling, crab crumble with mango and avocado, Breton langoustines with matcha green tea, mignardises and a sweet strawberry workshop brought summer to lunchtime!
