Diving into the heart of Rungis

Our culinary creation and production department is up and running bright and early, Erika Maguet, Paul Larson and Christophe Noiraux, went to Rungis International Market to visit our suppliers and discover their seasonal produce: white and violet eggplants, round zucchinis and tomatoes from Provence, the first spring morels, monkfish from Normandy, farmhouse dairy products direct from Limousin!

We have long-standing relationships with our suppliers, who we often visit as neighbors, sometimes a little further afield… With them, we share the same values of quality, excellence and caring. Values that we like to translate into our recipes and culinary creations, and into our new spring collection, which we’ll be unveiling very soon…
