New autumn-winter cocktail menu

Change of season and change of tone. In October, the Trait’Tendance cocktail card switched to winter time. This new collection, made up of exceptional products, celebrates our terroir and invites us to travel

On the savoury side, mushrooms, ceps and morels accompany veal onglet, poultry or crispy sablé. Fish and seafood, caught on our coasts, are revealed with a citrus twist and offered grilled or in tataki.

On the sweet side, gourmet, comforting flavors wrap our winter days in softness. Biskélia chocolate shortbread, intense tonka bean heart, creamy coffee granola, hazelnut paste, roasted pear tartar, lime, ginger, to be discovered from mid-October on Trait’Tendance cocktails.
