New spring-summer 2016 menu

In April, the Trait’Tendance cocktail card switches to summer time. For this new collection, exceptional products from the four corners of Spain and Italy celebrate the cuisine of the South.
Royal sea bream with lime and Manzanilla olive, pluma iberica a la plancha, just-snacked king prawns, kumquat floral palet, rosemary emulsion and apricot sphere… give the summer menu the warm, lilting accent of Latin countries!
