Team building day in Cuban colors

Heading for Cuba and Latin America!

For a day of team-building organized from Australia by Quintessence Events & Communications, 280 employees of a major French industrial group were invited to cross the Atlantic without leaving the Val d’Oise!

After a healthy breakfast featuring a Trait’Tendance cereal bar, granola and fresh seasonal fruit, guests took part in a wide range of artistic, musical and sporting activities.

At lunchtime, the Food Corner extended this South American journey with a gourmet meal:

  • Taco and empanada bar
  • Tasting of homemade guacamole and tortillas
  • Sea bream ceviche with citrus fruits
  • Gaspacho verde and andalou
  • Prawns in coconut milk
  • Mojito pineapple
  • Une Glace à Paris ice cream bar

Vitamin-packed detox drinks, Alain Milliat summer juices and an elegant tropical decor rounded off a wonderful day of exchange, discovery and indulgence!
