In January, Hugo & Victor celebrates Les Rois with two delicious galettes. The first, with frangipane, was voted best galette in Paris. The second, fruitier, is enhanced by a compote and clementine zest.
Hugo & Victor’s galettes des rois are available on Trait’Tendance snacks and cocktails until January 30.
