Created by our Culinary Design & Creation department for vegetarians, our Don Cannelloni workshop is a delight for all!

Our homemade cannelloni dough is filled with a fine stuffing of seasonal mushrooms, smoked tofu, L’Epicurien honey and black truffle… and served on a creamy artichoke base.
