BRAVO We were delighted to move forward with you, it was a first ... but what a first. You were perfect. Feedback on the buffets has been absolutely dithyrambic. This is the first time I've never heard such criticism. All the feedback is positive and numerous (much more than usual). La Daurade was a hit, a real signature. The cheese and charcuterie buffet was wonderful and so beautiful. Bravo for embellishing it so well. The beef was a real surprise - everyone enjoyed it. Cocktail pieces, which can sometimes be disappointing or déjà vu, were also a hit. And of course, your partnership with Nina is the icing on the cake."
