On June 12, nearly 400 GICAT employees were invited to celebrate the Group’s 40th anniversary at the prestigious Hôtel Potocki. Welcomed at the end of their day by an astonishing molecular cocktail, the guests were able to enjoy originalartistic animations between the garden and the grand salon: jazz bubble, illusionists and photo booths booth.
A veritable invitation to travel, the cocktail reception offered a number of culinary stages with rich and varied flavors: crab crumble mango and piquillosbeef rib Aubrac à la plancha, Thai beef salad, Dim Sum minute.
Created for the occasion, a magnificent pièce montée of 300 choux
