Danone X Le Diamant Bleu CSE Christmas Party

Last night, Trait’Tendance was aboard the Diamant Bleu for a Scandinavian Christmas cocktail party!

Organized for 270 employees of a French food multinational, this #evening allowed guests to discover a festive, illuminated Paris along the water … and to taste the best products of the season:

  • Sea bass tartare with iodized cress
  • Tasting of PDO foie gras and brioche bread Atelier LALOS
  • Prince de Paris ham croque with Périgord black truffle
  • Effiloché of duck IGP du Sud Ouest and parsnip espuma
  • Chocolate beggars from our pastry chef Nina Métayer
  • Pavlova with fresh seasonal fruit
  • Popelini seasonal cabbage tasting
