A few days ago, we were delighted to return to the bucolic and grandiose setting of the Grandes Ecuries du Domaine de Chantilly!
It was here, between the merry-go-round and the great historic nave, that around a hundred guests, employees of a major Dutch energy group, gathered for a gala evening, bringing to a close three days of seminars organized by the Travel Legends agency.
After a cocktail reception in the main courtyard, guests were seated in the nave for a three-course gastronomic dinner:
- Open ravioli with mushrooms and parsley foam
- Roasted pollack steak, potato flakes and roasted vegetables, lemon Bordier beurre blanc
- Craquante au chocolat by Nina Métayer
A cocktail bar, an aerial ballet of bubble dancers and a DJ set also added a creative and festive touch to this magnificent evening.
