Gastronomic evening at Paris City Hall

A few days ago, Agence Lully entrusted Trait’Tendance with the organization of several lunches and a cocktail reception for its client Sia Partners, as part of a multi-day seminar in Paris.
A “Black tie party”, organized in the majestic Salon des Arcades of the Hôtel de Ville, was the high point of the week’s work. Over the course of an evening, the 150 guests were able to discover French gastronomy through a number of culinary workshops (foie gras, sea bass fumarole, snail cromesquis, Aubrac beef filet, Popelin cabbage), and our wine heritage through an oenological tasting.

In April, Trait’Tendance organized over twenty events, including the launch of the new Akillis collection at La Pause Parisienne, a seminar for Generali at the Atelier Richelieu, a cocktail party for the International Astronomical Union at the Paris Observatory, and a cocktail party for the Racine law firm…
