Gourmet dinner at Elephant Paname

It took 14 craftsmen and over 2 kilos of crystal for Maison Boinaud, in collaboration with Saint-Louis Crystal, to design the decanter for its new Infini de Luze Cognac.
To reveal this exceptional product, Maison Boinaud chose the prestigious setting of the Elephant Paname and entrusted Trait’Tendance with the creation of a tailor-made gastronomic dinner.

Semi-cooked salmon smoked with dill, ginger and lime crème montée; semi-cooked foie gras, beggars and pickles; langoustines, lacquered shitakés and pata negra with acorn acorn ice cream; winter cheese platter; Royal Chocolat Cyril Lignac; lime tartelette and flambéed meringue… offered, in 7 courses, a perfect match between food and Cognac.
