Quai Branly Museum

Inaugurated in 2006 on the banks of the Seine, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the musée du quai Branly, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, aims to give full expression to the importance of the arts and civilizations of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas. Trait'Tendance invites you to invest in this cultural and innovative establishment for your cocktail party or prestigious dinner.

A contemporary setting for centuries-old art

Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, the Musée du Quai Branly was built around collections inherited from the Musée de l’Homme and the Musée National des Arts d’Afrique et d’Océanie. The main idea was to break away from Western architectural references and embrace the arts and civilizations of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas. This exceptional venue is a real invitation to travel, building bridges between cultures with its curves, its play on transparency, its refined scenography and its natural or subdued lighting that arouses curiosity. Hidden from view by dense vegetation and protected by a glass palisade, the museum only gradually reveals itself to visitors who dare to enter. To get there, the visitor has to cross a hilly garden designed by Gilles Clément in the image of unruly, distant vegetation.

The Théâtre Claude Levi-Strauss is a prestigious venue for corporate events at the heart of this artistic and scientific hub. Comprising three complementary, modular spaces, with curtains designed by Issey Miyake, it houses a 490-seat auditorium, a vast 1000m² foyer and a 150m² outdoor theater. Private tours of the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions can also be organized to provide a cultural backdrop to professional events.

The panoramic terrace, which can also be reserved for private use, covers almost the entire roof of the museum, offering views of the Eiffel Tower, the banks of the Seine and the Chaillot hill. In fine weather, this exceptional setting is ideal for cocktails and receptions, while enjoying the Parisian landscape. An enclave of greenery separated from the urban environment by a transparent palisade, the Garden winds its way through the abundant vegetation. A place of escape and relaxation in the heart of Paris, lit up at night by Yann Kersalé’s “L’Ô”.
